Simon Songhurst is a photographer, filmmaker and director working mainly across health and beauty, travel and destination, and luxury brand imagery. Lighting is where he's built his reputation — it's the reason brands like Dove, Lancôme, L’Oréal, Wella and Peroni keep bringing him back.
The work covers advertising campaigns, editorial stories and cinematic film, shot as comfortably in a studio as on location anywhere in the world. Alongside stills, Simon directs and works as DOP on brand films — recent projects include 111SKIN and FaceGym.
He's based between London and Italy and takes on commissions internationally.
